Needing to find out a bit more about what happens on the day? Well you've come to the right page.
We are a day long event for our entrants however we run from 9am - 2pm for the public viewing of the show. Entry for public is $5 an adult, gold coin for under 13 - $10 for a family. Sorry tho guys - there are to be NO DOGS at this event.
Entrants can be on the paddock as early as 8am for set up, showing until 2pm then off on our cruise.
It's a great day out, regardless of weather. Something for everyone in the stalls, car's & bikes from all era's, live entertainment, kids fun and multiple food trucks for variety and something for young and old.

This is a Cash Only Event.
NO DOGS.
8am-11am: Registration - $20 on the day for car regardless of how many passengers.
$10 for pre-registration (we strongly encourage pre-registering as this saves us on admin, congestion and produces fewer issues when getting on the grounds on the day - also you are guaranteed a goodie bag!)
All proceeds go to different community groups every year. Gates open at 8am for set up of vehicles. Show vehicles must be in place by 11am for judging. No gate entry after 1pm.
1.30pm - Prizegiving in front of the clubrooms.
2pm - Fully tar sealed mystery cruise that keeps to the wider South Otago area. This supports some of our sponsoring businesses and includes at least one refreshment stop. We keep it a mystery as we like to change this up yearly. You never know exactly what your gonna get.
5pm - Cruise back to the Crescent Bar & Grill for a catch up on the days happenings, have a meal, enjoy the live entertainment. Book a cabin with the Kaitangata Motor Camp & boogie the night away! Courtesy coach available.
